Custom Medical Letters
Need a medical letter that is not listed on our website? Tell us what you need. The price depends on the letter and is confirmed with you before any work begins, where the request is within our scope and clinically appropriate.
Tell us what you need: email admin@quickgpaccess.co.uk with a brief description of the letter, who it is for and any deadline. We will let you know whether it is something we may be able to help with.
General enquiries are welcome. Please do not email medical records, detailed health information or identity documents; medical information will be collected through the secure clinical process.

Tell us what the organisation needs
The useful starting point is the purpose of the letter: who will receive it, what they need confirmed and why. A GP can only describe information that can be supported by an appropriate clinical assessment or reliable records.
What to check first
- Workplace adjustments: evidence about how a health condition affects particular duties.
- Existing conditions: factual confirmation where the diagnosis is documented, rather than a new diagnosis solely for a letter.
- Other requests: provide the organisation’s requirements so the appropriate route can be identified.
Your questions, answered.
Is the initial enquiry free?
Yes. A general enquiry about whether we can help is free. The price depends on the letter and is confirmed with you before any work begins. Explain the intended recipient, required document and deadline without emailing detailed health information. Medical evidence is collected through the secure clinical process.
What does the assessment fee include?
The fee includes GP review, a phone or video call if needed for this assessment, and a signed PDF letter if clinically appropriate. Payment does not guarantee a letter. If no letter is issued, the assessment fee is refunded in full.
What if I need a correction?
Contact us with your request reference if you notice an administrative error. One administrative correction is included. New dates, new medical information or a different purpose may require a further assessment; we will explain any fee before you agree.
What happens if my deadline is close?
We review requests as promptly as we can once we have a complete request and payment. Further evidence or a consultation may extend the time to a final decision. We cannot guarantee a letter by your deadline, so please request it in good time.
How are refunds handled?
If no letter is issued, we arrange a full refund to the original payment method and email confirmation. Your payment provider determines when the funds appear in your account. Contact us if you need help tracing a refund.
What about travelling with medication?
We offer travel-with-medication letters (£39.99 per assessment). Check destination and transit-country rules first, including whether evidence must come from your prescriber.
Can you provide visa, driving or sports medicals?
These are not advertised as part of our standard online letter service. They may require a prescribed form, examination, tests or an approved clinician.
Can you guarantee an adjustment or an application outcome?
No. A letter may provide relevant medical evidence, but the employer or other organisation makes its own decision.
For medication travel requirements, read GOV.UK guidance on taking medicine in or out of the UK.
Clinical judgement comes first.
You will confirm your identity and then complete the medical request form. A GMC-registered GP will assess your information and may request further evidence or a phone or video consultation. A letter will be issued only when clinically appropriate.
A GP reviews each request as promptly as possible. More information or a consultation may be needed before a decision, so we cannot guarantee when a letter will be issued.
If approved, your signed letter is provided as a PDF. We will email instructions for receiving it securely. If no letter is issued, you receive a full refund. The price is confirmed with you before any work begins.
